One of the main continuing activities of branches is that of writing to MPs, MSPs and MEPs. Many laws and regulations can have an impact upon the rights of unborn children or the elderly and incapacitated and these have to be constantly watched and challenged. You can keep up to date with developments in these areas by looking at the following list of web sites. You will be able to subscribe to some, for free, and will then be sent regular e-mail updates.

The parliaments are not the only organisations that need to be monitored. Local health and education authorities have wide ranging powers and these too need monitoring. Local people are best able to do this, with help from headquarters when required.
